A boutique mixed use development

This development is located in vibrant North Fitzroy with highly sought after street frontage along Brunswick Street. The development coprises of 23 apartments with two ground floor retail.

Marketing commenced in July 2012 and the campaign was extremely successful. Watersun Constructions were the builder for this project and construction commenced late 2012. This development will be funded by ANZ.

Bellini was completed in early June 2014.
